The fall of Australian Society

In the last few years,the federal government has been
awarding the "BABY" bonus, to all those who have children.
Now being a person who believes that Australia can only
sustainably support a Maximum of 10 Million people, my
initial reaction was "WTF", then it was, oh yeah they are
trying to create an artificial population to pay taxes to
support the aging work force that will be retiring soon.
But guess what... they got it wrong.

What we have now in Australia is once more a class society,
those of the HAVES and the HAVE NOTS. The government
has created one of the greatest socio-economic disasters to ever
grip our nation. Not only do we have a generation of "Locusts"
( Yes Generation Y I am talking to you) who consume everything
in sight with no concerns for tomorrow, but we are encouraging
them to breed, with out knowledge of what the long term
implications of their decision will cost them.

To raise a child from birth to 18 years of age costs about $600,000+
( That includes some wiggle room for inflation ), but what
we have is a government who say, here is $6,000 or what ever the
amount is. We are going to give this to every one of you young
impressionable women for each baby you squeeze out. So effectively
they are offering less than 1% of the total life costs to encourage
them to have children. Most who take up this option, do not have
great earning potential initially and would be avid watchers of
hallmark television shows such as "The Footy Show" or "Ellen"
to get their world and political views.
Thus we create an Underclass. Not the GEN Y, but those of
GEN Alpha or GEN Beta. A social welfare nation, that no one
can afford. Potentially I can foresee a time where we have 50%
of the population on welfare. Taxes will be high, Crime High,
Inflation - Balloon like, basically a nation awaiting a civil war.
Work forces will continue to decline, lets face it there are only
so many houses that can viably be built,the Nation only has so
many resources. Unless something is done we will become like Nauru
and sell off everything to the rest of the world till we have no more.
( as I said Locusts ) Wait a minute, K-Rudd is already doing this...

Well Done John Howard and Kevin Rudd. Your future is secure
Ours... well what do you care ? Not much by the looks of it.

Primus Rant

Hi all
Well this is my first real rant for a while so I will start with a simple one.

Tasmanian State Politicians - Morons or Just complete Idiots ???
Today is supposedly a National Public Holiday. Well supposedly
Here in Tasmania, our Legislative Council, voted to be different to
the rest of the nation and refuse the people of the state a long
weekend. Ok this is understandable, for a LOCAL, holiday..
Like I am all in favor of losing cup day or show day from the calendar.
But AANZAC Day!!!
While the rest of the nation are watching football, or gardening or
doing what ever leisure activity they so desire. Tasmanians are
WORKING and we are not being compensated for it.

I normally deal with mainland vendors in either Melbourne, Sydney
or Perth but not today. We don't get that option, and so I end up not
being able to do the work I am being paid for. The rest of Australia
are on Holidays, or those not are being paid penalty rates or accruing
time in lieu.

Tasmanians.. well we are being shafted, by overpaid egomaniacs who
have no economic management skills and are making no real
contribution to the best interests of our state, nation or the health and
well being of their constituents. Am I HARSH - Yes Harsh but Fair.

Take away Show Day ( antiquated institute that no longer is required
in this day and age where we also have AGFEST, which holds truer to
the spirit of the original show society of bringing the country to the city )

Take away Cup Day ( Elitist clap trap, for those who can afford to dress
up and parade about believing they are superior, but only showing they
are drunken idiots )

But leave National Holidays alone. ( Lest we forget )
